Please read the following general terms and conditions. Some special requirements can be discussed upon mutual agreement.

• We’ll submit a formal quotation for your reference to issue a Purchase Order to us. Long term contracts agreements to secure the price are welcomed.
• You can order our product in small retail quantities for a sample, The sample will be shipped by FedEx express courier. 
• Before starting the import and export process, please learn the regulations in your country about importing this commodity. Find out if there is any restriction, import duty, tax, and special requirement you have to comply with before importing desiccated coconut.
• Delivery time: In general, we deliver 6 – 8 weeks after order confirmation
• Order quantity: THE minimum order quantity is different each product, to make shipping cost more efficient, we suggest to order at least one full container load (FCL) in 40ft High Cube container, which we can load up to 24 MT
• Packaging: Please note that some additional charges could be applied for different packaging. Packaging with a private brand and label is available.
• Payment method: We prefer payment with irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight. For those who are not familiar with L/C, the process shall be paid by Bank Wire Transfer payment with 50% paid in advance and 50% balance shall be paid against scanned copy of Bill of Lading (B/L). Original B/L will be sent once balance payment is cleared.
